The Digital Marketing Strategist is responsible for website content development, SEO management and execution, digital analytics, ADA website compliance and digital marketing strategy innovation. As Carle Health grows and markets our services as a system through our digital experiences for our patients and consumers it is critical for Carle Health to have team members focused on optimizing our digital spaces and improving customer journeys.Qualifications
Educational Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Digital Marketing, Website design, or related field with three (3) years of experience or Associate's Degree with five (5) years of experience
Experience Requirements
Minimum of five (5) years of experience in a digital marketing position, healthcare experience preferred.Experience working with a CMS (such as Kontent.AI, WordPress or similar). Experience with Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and experience with SEO tools (such as SEM Rush, BrightEdge, Moz). Experience in web content strategy and development, management and tracking of a CRM platform. Experience with Microsoft analytic tools, Microsoft Dynamics, Microsoft Universal Event Tracking, Clarity, Google Business Listings, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, ADA compliance software, and working knowledge of Google Data Studio Experience.
Passion for innovation in digital marketing strategy development and tracking, demonstrated skills in interdepartmental relationship building and establishing digital processes that drive results to achieve KPIs. Expectations for this position include the ability to work independently with minimal supervision, owning your processes and results and bringing new perspectives and strategic insights into an evolving digital marketing program. Strong focus on reporting and interpretation of digital analytics from all relevant enterprise systems.Responsibilities
Contributes relevant original content to website. Co-manages the corporate CMS. Ongoing SEO optimization and reporting. Understanding and experience in ADA compliance website review and implementation. Continuous monitoring and regular reporting of results from the Google product suite and Microsoft Analytics platforms. Works collaboratively with communications, marketing and creative teams, Digital Solutions team and IT as appropriate to understand future website needs and digital marketing strategies and tactics as they relate to business KPIs. Provides feedback and suggestions for web UX/UI and digital marketing best practices. Creates and maintains a digital/web dashboard of digital marketing and web-based metrics and KPIs. Delivers regularly scheduled reporting on essential digital KPIs as they relate to high priority marketing initiatives. Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
