Sodexo is seeking a Dietitian Nutritionist to come join their dynamic clinical team at Abbott Northwestern Hospital located in Minneapolis, MN. Position will cover the inpatient units and provide coverage for outpatient work.

Start with 3 weeks’ vacation and 3 personal days!Reimbursement for AND dues, state licensure fees and CDR renewal!Money toward continuing education events!Up to $5000 tuition reimbursement annually!

Position reports to Clinical Nutrition Manager and ideal candidate will:Have prior outpatient education experience along with comprehensive Inpatient workUse clinical research, advanced technology, and evidence-based practice to develop patient and family focused treatment plansBe a passionate leader who is willing to stay current with the scientific literature and help staff, patients and families understand nutritional strategies to support and improve quality of life and clinical outcomes while living with a chronic illnessWork as part of a dynamic clinical nutrition team and will work with progressive patient systemsDemonstrate and interest in partnering on research and outcomes, and will work to understand and improve nutrition approachesHave excellent communication skills and have the ability to work within a multidisciplinary teamBe responsible for managing the nutrition care process, including comprehensive nutrition assessments, determining nutrition diagnoses and planning and implementing nutrition interventionsLearn more about

Basic Education Requirement:Master's degree with completion of required coursework and supervised practice as dictated by the Accreditation Council for Education in Nutrition and Dietetics (ACEND)For those eligible for the registration exam prior to 1/1/24:Bachelor's degree with completion of required coursework and supervised practice as dictated by the Accreditation Council for Education in Nutrition and Dietetics (ACEND)

Credentials Requirement:Meets eligibility requirements for Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RD/RDN) by the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR) and will become registered within 120 days of hire.
