www.GetArculus.com .About the RoleOur Communications team is growing, and we are looking for a Manager of Corporate Communications. In this new role, you will play a pivotal part of the Communications team where you will help shape and share our company's story, foster meaningful connections among team members, and amplify our values to support our company's growth and vision. Reporting directly to the Global Head of Corporate Communications, you'll play a key role in designing and delivering impactful communication strategies both internally and externally.In close partnership with leaders across the business, you'll manage the creation and execution of communications that inspire and engage our team, support executive platforms, and bring our company mission to life. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with various functional areas, including Sales, Marketing, Product, Operations, and HR, to ensure cohesive messaging and brand alignment.This position is based onsite 5 days a week at our Somerset, NJ, headquarters.What You'll DoBuild Connection and Culture:

Develop and manage a strategic internal communications calendar to strengthen our team's connection to the company's vision, goals, and values.Create Compelling Content:

Craft engaging content that reinforces key themes, such as innovation, growth, leadership, and our commitment to being an employer of choice.Support Executive Messaging:

Develop content for executive communications, including topics for thought leadership, social media content, and key messages to help leaders connect with our team.Elevate Employer Branding:

Partner with HR and other teams to support our employer brand, embedding our mission and values into every communication touchpoint.Drive Engagement Initiatives:

Coordinate company-wide employee engagement activities and initiatives that foster collaboration and team spirit.Streamline Communication Processes:

Innovate and improve internal communication processes to enhance efficiency, consistency, and transparency.Collaborate Across Teams:

Work closely with teams across the organization to align internal messaging with broader marketing and communications efforts.Measure Impact:

Track and analyze communication effectiveness to provide insights and support strategic decision-making.What We're Looking ForExceptional Communicator:
