Creative Marketing Manager, 1:1 Campaigns

The Marketing Manager is accountable for the development of creative strategy and communications, programs and creative campaigns to deliver clear and impactful customer-centric communications that aligns with our brand promise and customer experience principles, while delivering strong business value. In this role, the individual will report directly to the Director of Marketing and lead cross-group collaboration with the 1:1 COE, Technology, Analytics, Execution, Product, Customer Care, Operations, and consumer insights among others to develop, implement and optimize enterprise-wide customer communications that improve customer experience, drive customer acquisition and brand preference, engage and retain customers, and drive value.
Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop creative campaigns in line with the strategic objective and audience, then execute marketing campaigns to drive customer acquisition, engagement, repeat sales/purchases, build loyalty, reduce customer churn, and increase lifetime value. Tactics may include but are not limited to email, direct mail, TV, print, online video, social media, out of home, and digital display.Communicate creative strategy, approach, and translate into a project plan to be shared with boundary partners as well as readouts on campaign performance.Continually work towards the development of a dynamic and personalized customer lifecycle experience, tailored to each user's journey.Guide the migration from traditional campaign approaches to modern marketing methods (hyper targeting and personalization, customer journeys, and optimization).Direct external advertising agencies and vendors in strategy, concept development, and execution.Drive efficiency and effectiveness in communication programs (direct mail, email mainly) in partnership with strategy, execution, and targeting teams as well as media and insights teams.Manage budgets and resources with efficiency and accuracy.Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:MinimumBA/BS degree in a related discipline (i.e. Marketing, Business, etc.) with 6 years of experience in a related field (i.e. Marketing, Advertising, Sales, Sales Operations, etc.); OR 10 years of equivalent experience in lieu of a degree.Strong knowledge of applications such as Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.Ability to communicate ideas both orally and in writing to influence others using one-on-one contact, formal presentations, and group discussions.Demonstrated ability to effectively work in cross-functional groups and get results in a matrix organization.Excellent soft skills such as interpersonal, leadership, presentation, and collaborative skills to work effectively with teams throughout the organization.Ability to manage time independently and juggle competing priorities.Proven critical thinking, analytical, and creative problem-solving skills.
PreferredMS degree + 4 years of experience preferred in a related discipline (i.e. Marketing, Business, etc.).Experience in the telecommunications industry.Demonstrated ability to effectively work in cross-functional groups and get results in a matrix organization.Excellent soft skills such as interpersonal, leadership, presentation, and collaborative skills to work effectively with teams throughout the organization.Agency experience.
USD 85,500.00 - 128,300.00 per year
Compensation:Compensation includes a base salary of $85,500.00 - $128,300.00. The base salary may vary within the anticipated base pay range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate's knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include an incentive program.
Benefits:The Company offers eligible employees the flexibility to take as much vacation with pay as they deem consistent with their duties, the company's needs, and its obligations; seven paid holidays throughout the calendar year; and up to 160 hours of paid wellness annually for their own wellness or that of family members.
