The IT Incident Manager is responsible for managing the IT incident management process to restore normal service operation as quickly as possible and minimize the impact on business operations.Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain the IT incident management process and procedures.Coordinate the resolution of incidents, ensuring timely and effective communication to stakeholders.Conduct post-incident reviews to identify root causes and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.Monitor and analyze incident trends to proactively prevent future incidents.Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure efficient incident resolution.Monitor the effectiveness of the incident management process and implement continuous improvement program.Responsible for leading Change Advisory Board (CAB) meetings and ensuring that all proposed changes are thoroughly evaluated for potential risks and impacts when the Change Manager is not available.Job Qualifications
