The Knowledge Analyst - People Experience improves the people experience through engaging, clear and concise information for our People (employees).Key Accountabilities

Initially, this role will work at the direction of the Manager, Process Analysis, Policy and Governance to inventory and improve all People team (practitioner) based knowledge.Inventory knowledge related artifacts (front end) across the global organization and conduct an analysis to determine the gaps in knowledge.Create new user centric knowledge articles (KAs) and content and edit existing KAs and content on demand.Create targeted and audience specific knowledge blocks based on people demographics.At the direction of and in partnership with the Manager, People Experience Design, design and implement engaging and compelling KA templates and define the use cases for each.Design and implement a simple, transparent and intuitive taxonomy (topics, knowledge bases, categories) for both knowledge and content.Design and implement a knowledge and content governance model including:An efficient and transparent intake to retire workflow including role definition for approvals.Create a sustainable short term and future state knowledge and content management support model.Continuously scan and assess published content for improvement.Keep published knowledge and content up to date and retire knowledge and content when appropriate.Utilize key metrics to understand user behavior and engagement for continuous improvement.Keep up to date on ServiceNow knowledge and content capabilities and best practices.Job Specific Skills (knowledge, experience, capabilities, systems)

Prior experience in creating compelling and engaging content.Ability to distill complex information into clear and concise content for diverse audiences.Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.Understands user behavior and navigational paths in engaging in content.Strong self-organizational qualities.Analytical skills required.Thrives on and has experiences with ambiguity.Excellent decision making skills and a sense of urgency. You're able to juggle competing priorities with a focus on timely execution and follow through.Required Qualifications

2+ years in Human Resources, Communications, Marketing or any related fields.Bachelors Degree.This role requires experience with knowledge management and providing educational assistant to those writing engaging content and what templates to use. Ideally, someone who has or can design a knowledge management strategy OR governance and communication model.Additional Information

This role is in California.Salary Range: $85,417 - $125,613.Benefits: eligible for PTO, 401k, medical, vision, dental, etc.Equal Opportunity Statement
