Travel rate is available for local travelers if their start date is on or before 12/16. RTO after booking is NOT allowed and is NOT allowed to be worked out onsite. Any call offs or additional RTO on unit, could possibly turn into a Cancel and DNR CLIENT OFFER W/ ZOOM INTERVIEW through the holiday season Unit will accept contracts from 13+ weeks up to March 15, 2025 (hard stop) to get the Unit through the Holidays! *36 Hours Can Be Offered for this Role! Shift: 12 HR NIGHTS; 18:45 - 07:15 Call Requirement: Yes; Frequency of On Call depends on patient census. Floating Requirement: YES Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend, 2 Mondays and 2 Fridays in a 6 week period is required. Unit currently houses COVID positive patients with the use of opti-flow and BIPAP. Job Requirements
Minimum Years of Experience: 2 Years (It is a challenging and very busy unit - must have similar experience with ratios/acuity). Unit will accept contracts up to March 15, 2025 to get through the holidays. Special procedures include titration of cardizem drips. Fast-paced unit with a high patient turnover rate—nurses can expect to frequently admit and discharge patients. Special Equipment: Telemetry and pulse ox; High Flow O2 (STABLE), Non-Rebreather Mask (Only if Palliative), Bipap for chronic use.
