Manage a caseload involving commercial and real estate litigation matters. Draft and review pleadings, motions, and other legal documents. Conduct thorough legal research and provide strategic advice to clients. Represent clients in court proceedings, mediation, and arbitration sessions. Collaborate with colleagues on complex cases involving title insurance, leasing, and mortgage foreclosures. Maintain consistent and effective communication with clients to ensure satisfaction and understanding. Requirements

Active membership in the Florida Bar and in good standing. Proven ability to manage a variety of litigation tasks effectively. Strong organizational skills and the ability to meet deadlines in a dynamic work environment. Exceptional written and oral communication skills. Experience in commercial litigation, real estate, title insurance, leasing, or mortgage foreclosures is highly desirable. Education

Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an ABA-accredited law school. Certifications

Licensed to practice law in the state of Florida. Skills
