Bachelor's or Master's in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field of studyMinimum 10 years of finance, accounting, or related experienceExperience related to direct cash flow forecasting that integrates with income statement and balance sheet, running sensitivity analysis, advanced financial analysis, and account reconciliationExperience with automating processes, improving controls, valuation analysis of distressed companies using EBITDA multiples and discounted cash flowExperience related to distressed companies' financial analysis/recommendation, bankruptcy/reorganization, and strategic growth consulting and analysisYou have a proven talent for sustaining long-term client relationshipsYou are skilled at leading and developing teams and individualsYou thrive in an ever-changing, dynamic work environmentYou readily identify problems and instinctively look for solutionsYou believe that exceeding client expectations and having fun at work are mutually dependentYou enjoy participating in internal and external company initiatives such as community service, training, recruiting, committees, conference panels, and firm eventsYou have the ability and desire to travel as required based on client locationWhat You'll Do:
Use functional leadership and expertise to provide solutions to interested parties in situations related to underperforming, distressed, or bankrupt businessesOversee development of financial analyses and deliver findings and recommendations to audiences including executive leaders, boards of directors, and lendersAssist in developing engagement strategy and scoping client deliverablesParticipate in determining project staffing levels, establish expectations for project team members, lead client communication, own project workstreams, and ensure deadlines are metProvide guidance and issue resolution support to teams across multiple concurrent client engagementsContribute actively to the development of people leaders into future practice leadersPartner with the practice's executive leaders to conduct business development activitiesThe expected pay range for this position is $140,000 - $275,000 (exclusive of bonus, equity, or benefits for which this role may be eligible). This range takes into account a variety of factors that are considered in making individual compensation decisions including but not limited to experience and training; skill sets; licensure and certifications; location and other business and organizational needs; and applicable laws.
