Job Summary:To support our double-digit growth goals, BDO Digital seeks a Managing Director who will be part of an Enterprise Business Applications (EBA) team supporting projects in the areas of EBA strategy and implementation, in addition to Business Transformation and Operational Excellence efforts. This role will conduct discovery, requirements gathering, process documentation, configuration, and implementation management of ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning), CRM (Customer Relationship Management), and other related business applications functioning as a key resource for our clients spanning finance, product distribution, manufacturing, job costing, field service, sales, marketing, service, and reporting.Job Duties:Strategy, Requirements & Selection:

Participates in defining needs for existing and new NetSuite solutions

Documents existing enterprise business applications, related business processes, and personas impactedIdentifies existing inefficiencies, potential improvement opportunities, and critical differentiating business requirementsEnvisions and develops representations of recommended future state options for evaluation by clientsUnderstands related security structures and best practicesDesigns and develops scorecards for evaluation of candidate business applicationsCreates dashboard presentations of quantitative and qualitative scoring of candidate optionsSupports Technical Leads, Developers and Managers by providing functional clarifications and setting expectations with team and client

Solution Functional Design:

Performs functional (business process) solution design in business applications (NetSuite primarily, ERP, CRM, & related) contexts, to provide maximized business value and deliver strong business agility while meeting applicable requirements and constraintsConsulting:

Gains a deep understanding of client needs, analyzes best practices, and plays an integral part in defining and proposing business value solutions that meet or exceed client expectationsProgram & Project Management:

Supports, and manages aspects of business applications implementations

Documents and maintains project milestones, phases, elements, and budgetMonitors project progress by tracking risks, actions, issues, decisions, and other activitiesDevelops references for users by writing and maintaining user documentation; provides help desk support; trains users

Implementation and Support:

Functional support of EBA solutions and related technologies

Manages and resolves issues, defects, and change requestsManages and performs systems configuration tasks (but not coding/development) for process workstreams as directedProvides on-going support during project implementations and post-go-live supportResponsible for configuration of solution based on requirements

Business Development and Account Management:

Identifies new business development opportunitiesLeads and supports scoping and estimating of new opportunitiesServes as escalation contact for client satisfaction and delivery issuesCo-owns client relationship management

Organizational Leadership:

Participates in practice leadership and best practices definitionLeads new go-to-market service offeringsDefines new delivery capabilities and associated templates and acceleratorsParticipates in practice recruitingDefines supporting learning and development frameworksServes as mentor, manager, and career coach for EBA team members

Fosters a positive demeanor, learning attitude and client service mentality with the teamTravel - up to 40%, as neededOther duties as requiredSupervisory Responsibilities:Owns and drives completion of portfolio of projects as directed by practice leadersManages larger programs as directedReviews quality of team deliverablesMentors and develops senior managersQualifications, Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:Education:Bachelor's degree, requiredMBA or other relevant advanced degree, preferredExperience:Twelve (12) or more years of business process analysis and/or business application experience, requiredTen (10) or more years of experience with ERP or CRM Products requiredSeven (7) or more years of practice management, requiredThree (3) or more years experience with NetSuite, requiredSome client facing best practice consulting experience, preferredLicense/Certifications:One or more current business applications technology certifications, preferredSoftware:ERP Experience (NetSuite, Microsoft, Sage, SAP), requiredMicrosoft Visio, PowerPoint, Word, and SharePoint, requiredSmartsheet, preferredCRM experience (Microsoft Dynamics 365 or Salesforce), preferredEnterprise software strategy, selection, and implementation experience, preferredLanguage:N/AOther Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:Strong analytical, problem solving, facilitation, documentation, and communication skillsExcellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and writtenExcellent interpersonal and customer relationship skillsBusiness process analysis, design, and process flow skillsExcels at operating in a fast-paced technical environmentIndividual salaries that are offered to a candidate are determined after consideration of numerous factors including but not limited to the candidate's qualifications, experience, skills, and geography.National Range: $175,000 - $290,000Maryland Range: $175,000 - $290,000NYC/Long Island/Westchester Range: $175,000 - $290,000Keywords:
