Job Description:
The DoD seeks a detail-oriented professional to support the Government Travel Charge Card Program (GTCC). This role involves data analysis, customer assistance, issue resolution, and program training development to enhance the GTCC program's efficiency and effectiveness. The ideal candidate will be able to analyze data, assist stakeholders, and collaborate on program improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities: Analyze GTCC program data and provide recommendations for operational efficiencies and program enhancements. Provide support and assistance to Component Program Managers (CPMs) and Agency Program Coordinators (APCs), including acting on behalf of CPMs when necessary. Work with APCs to review and resolve issues related to Individually Billed Accounts (IBAs), Centrally Billed Accounts (CBAs), and alternate card products or services. Assist with the Defense Travel System (DTS) Centrally Billed Account Reconciliation Module to streamline operations and maintain compliance. Draft, coordinate, and update training materials by collaborating with stakeholders, DoD travel card vendors, and other agencies. Ensure that materials meet program needs and reflect current policies and procedures. Support the development and preparation of DoD briefings for the annual GSA SmartPay Training Forum and other program-related presentations. Required Skills and Competencies: Strong analytical skills to review and interpret travel card data for program improvements. Experience in providing customer support and resolving issues related to billing accounts. Familiarity with DoD travel systems, including the DTS CBA Reconciliation Module. Excellent communication and organizational skills for developing training materials and presentations. Ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders, including vendors and agency representatives.
