Description

The Director, Sales Operations Manager will work closely with the VP of Marketing and Sales Operations and is responsible for supporting and enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of the sales team through strategic planning, process optimization, and data-driven decision-making. This role involves monitoring and managing sales processes, tools, and systems to support sales goals, improve productivity, and drive revenue growth. Other responsibilities include support for key lead generation activities and market research.The Director, Sales Operations has a proven track record within the healthcare market, ideally with revenue cycle, technology and/or Health Information Management experience. They will collaborate closely with the VP of Marketing and Sales Operations and the growth team to ensure effective use of Salesforce, contributing to the qualified sales pipeline and assisting in developing and implementing winning sales strategies.PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:Sales Process Support:Facilitate monthly/quarterly forecast meetingsCollect, manage and distribute materials and resources for effective forecasting meetingsMonitor sales processes and methodologies to identify opportunities to improve sales performance.Performance Tracking and Reporting:Maintain dashboards and reports to monitor sales performance and KPIs.Lead source tracking and reportingProvide regular updates and performance reports to senior management and sales teams.Executive Connection Event Management:Plan and coordinate execution of the event and follow-upManage the growth team strategy including attendeesResearch and recommend new connection providersCompetitive Research:Identify key competitors and monitor market activityRecommend how to position Accuity solution vs. key competitorsCreate sales tools including presentation decks and battle cardsSales Tools and Technology:Salesforce primary administrationProvide ongoing support and troubleshooting for sales tools and systems.Evaluate and recommend new technologies and tools to enhance sales effectiveness.Next client touchpoint, presentation (deck) review and approvals, coordination of resourcesProcurement document needs review and ownership over deadlinesTraining and Support:Coordinate training programs for the sales team on tools, processes, and best practices.Provide support during the onboarding of new sales resources and coordinate their trainingSales Strategy Support:Assist in the development and execution of sales strategies and initiatives.Support strategic planning by providing insights and recommendations based on sales data and market trends.LGC Program Support:Target list management and activity trackingEvent coordination and participationChannel for distribution of marketing contentOther duties as assigned by leadership based on business needs.

Requirements

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:Education:Bachelor's DegreeExperience:5+ years sales, sales operations and/or marketing experienceExperience with SalesforceExperience in executing and managing sales and marketing strategies and plansExperience planning and executing eventsExperience working with healthcare revenue cycle and technologyKnowledge, Skills, and Abilities:Exceptional communication and decision-making skillsStrong analytical, multi-tasking and project management skillsAbility to think creatively and innovativelyAbility to use a PC in a Windows environment, including MS Word, Excel and PPTIndependent, focused individual able to work remotely or on-site
