Principal AccountabilitiesMust be able to run conduit, pull wire, check fuses, work in er rooms, install disconnects, and excellent troubleshooting skillsLead all electrical audits and schedule follow-ups for repairsWill be part of all projects that have electrical involvedMake sure 1-line drawings are kept updatedComplete electrical PMs for ER rooms and MCC’S, transformers, etcHelp production and Maintenance with all electrical issues as neededBe responsible for Predictive Maintenance programUE, IR, and ii910 for air leaksBuilding equipment routesMust have good computer skillsWill lead 1- 2 nd
shift PDM techs. Make sure they have work scheduledApply advanced knowledge of electrical work to complete preventative, predictive and reactive industrial electrical work throughout the facility and operate standard maintenance tools such as power, electric, precision and preventative maintenance technology tools and provide support to othersEnsures the installation, maintenance, testing, evaluation and repair of various electrical components and systems including either low voltage automation systems or medium voltage motor control circuits are completed timely and accuratelyCreate, install and troubleshoot wiring system layouts and circuit routingInterpret and understand electrical and mechanical schematics, blueprints and operation manualsDocument and verify completed work and conditions found utilizing maintenance computer softwareInteract regularly with external vendors, peers and management to pursue continuous improvement of facility operations and promote a collaboration focused environmentOperate mobile equipment such as forklifts, loaders, scissor lifts and aerial lifts as neededOther duties as assigned
Required QualificationsMust be eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorshipMust be 18 years or olderAbility to read, write, and speak EnglishPrevious experience in industrial or agricultural maintenanceMust have a Journeyman's certification
Preferred QualificationsBi – Lingual (English/Spanish)Prior industrial meat industry work experience with a like competitorPrior work history in a production background that deals with speed and repetition
