The Senior Brand Manager will be responsible for Franzia Wines in the development and execution of the annual and long-term strategic marketing plan for this key priority brand. This person will possess a strong grounding in CPG Marketing best practices, and a successful results track record building alcoholic beverage and/or CPG brands. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

This key role within The Wine Group’s marketing department is responsible for developing and executing the strategy and related tactics for Franzia wines. The World’s Most Popular Wine, Franzia is #1 wine brand by volume domestically and globally, establishing the box wine segment in the U.S. Skilled Consumer Marketer : Comfortable developing, implementing, and assessing consumer-facing platforms to deliver and optimize business-building initiatives. Results-Driven Business Manager : Comfortable using a variety of data sources to analyze business situations to identify and evaluate key business drivers, challenges, and opportunities. Innovative Thinker and Demand Creator : Skilled innovator who is comfortable operating in a non-traditional, fast-paced environment. Entrepreneurial Track Record and Competitive Drive : Proven success in an entrepreneurial venture, including an appreciation for an environment of resource limitations, cost control, prudent risk-taking, and limitless creativity. Efficient Project Leader : Effective in managing teams and guiding projects through the system. QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor’s Degree (B.A.) required in Marketing or related field. MBA preferred but not required. Experience in CPG brand management experience from an “academy” CPG company, especially with food/beverage experience. Wine or spirits industry experience preferred but not required. Must be highly proficient in Microsoft Office, the Internet, and computer aptitude. Discretion with confidential information. Retailer selling experience a big plus. Must have ability to multitask, work well under pressure, and adhere to strict deadlines. Excellent analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills with attention to detail. Demonstrated reliability and punctuality, work effectively in team/crew environment. PHYSICAL DEMANDS

Position operates in a professional office environment. Ability to travel frequently between home office, corporate office, and vendor/agency sites. Position includes travel to various industry and/or company events, 10-20% of the time. Must be able to lift and carry weights of up to 50lbs at varying frequencies. COMPENSATION

Hiring Salary Range Posted: $146,400 - $219,600. Actual compensation will be based on factors such as experience, skills, knowledge, and abilities, education, and other position-related factors.
