Please review the below description and let us know if you are interested.Prioritized must haves for the Vice President of Marketing:Bachelor's degree in Business, or related field and ten plus years' experience in marketing.Product development experience.Leader of a marketing team for a mid-sized company within the manufacturing sector.Marketing of Technical Products preferably to utility, oil and gas, and industrial electrical markets.Requirements of the Vice President of Marketing:Possess a bachelor's degree in Business or a related discipline, along with 10+ years of experience in marketing.Proven leadership of a marketing team within a medium-sized organisation in the manufacturing industry.Expertise in promoting technical solutions, ideally targeting sectors such as utilities, oil and gas, and industrial electrical markets.Hands-on experience in product development and lifecycle management.Demonstrated ability to oversee departmental operations effectively.Skilled in gathering, analysing, and leveraging market intelligence.Track record of expanding market presence and driving profitability.Experience in evaluating and integrating acquisitions.Focused on enhancing brand visibility and recognition.Adept at business management with a strong focus on achieving revenue growth and profitability.A strategic thinker capable of aligning departmental efforts with company goals through a collaborative and consultative approach.Experienced in creating marketing strategies and managing roadmaps for diverse product portfolios.Other Key Requirements:Required to be on-site.No sponsorships or visa holders.
