Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

to lead and manage all financial aspects of the company. As a key member of the executive team, the CFO will be responsible for overseeing financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and risk management, ensuring that DrBalcony’s financial goals are met and aligned with our growth strategy. The CFO will also provide strategic guidance to support company expansion, optimize financial performance, and ensure sound decision-making processes across the organization. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly skilled financial leader with a passion for innovation, who is ready to make an impact in a dynamic start-up environment. Key Responsibilities:

Lead and oversee all financial activities, including budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and risk management. Develop and implement financial strategies that support the company’s overall goals and growth initiatives. Provide financial analysis and insights to the executive team and Board of Directors to drive business decisions. Manage cash flow and liquidity to ensure the company’s financial stability and growth. Oversee the preparation of accurate financial statements, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and GAAP. Establish and maintain strong relationships with investors, lenders, and financial institutions. Lead the development and execution of financial policies and procedures to improve operational efficiency. Evaluate and oversee potential mergers, acquisitions, and fundraising efforts. Monitor and mitigate financial risks, ensuring that the company is well-prepared for future challenges. Guide the development and management of financial systems, tools, and processes. Collaborate with other executives to drive cross-functional initiatives and ensure financial alignment with operational goals. Mentor and manage the finance team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and development. Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (MBA or CPA preferred). 10+ years of experience

in finance, with at least

5+ years in a senior leadership role , ideally within a start-up or high-growth company. Proven experience in financial planning, analysis, forecasting, and budgeting. Strong understanding of GAAP, corporate finance, and accounting principles. Demonstrated ability to raise capital, manage investor relations, and oversee mergers and acquisitions. Experience with financial risk management and compliance with regulatory standards. Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a proven track record of driving growth and profitability. Proficiency with financial management software and ERP systems. A hands-on, results-oriented approach with a commitment to working in a fast-paced, dynamic start-up environment.
