Senior Consultants
who can deliver within Cognizant's Five Pillars of Consulting Excellence: 1) Project Execution, 2) Expertise, 3) Business Development, 4) Practice Development, & 5) People Development. As a Senior Consultant, this means partnering with clients and project stakeholders, colleagues to clarify requirements and support delivery of effective solutions; applying technical and domain expertise to solve core client business challenges or inefficiencies; developing and strengthening domain knowledge and maintaining an accurate understanding of Cognizant's industry propositions and consulting capabilities; supporting business development activities of senior leaders; contributing to the development of practice initiatives or new service offerings; and being an inspiring colleague, promoting team motivation, partnership, and ownership for projects.Our solutions are in demand and we're passionate about making a difference. Apply now!Responsibilities include:Mapping current processes : Using process mapping techniques and software to document the retailer's current processes.Analyzing processes : Providing feedback on current processes with areas of improvement, rationalizing steps, reducing costs.Redesigning processes : Recommending redesigns for processes and working with the retailer to test them.Communicating changes : Helping the retailer communicate changes to all relevant stakeholders.Implementing and optimizing processes : Helping the retailer implement new processes and monitor and optimize them.Providing documentation : Providing the retailer with documentation of "As Is" and "To Be" processes, as well as Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).Business process consultants often use business process modeling notation (BPMN) strategies, flowcharts, and diagrams to convey their plans to clients.Proven experience with process mapping and documentation with a successful track record of delivering projects.Excellent organizational, planning, and time management skills.Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Salary and Other Compensation:The annual salary for this position is between $120,000 - $130,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.Benefits:
