VML is seeking an Art Director with strong design skills, a strong creative mindset and proven background to join our world class creative team. As an Art Director, you craft big ideas and then push them relentlessly to fruition, inspiring all around you with your speed, grit and obsessive attention to detail.You'll partner with a Copywriter but are able to fly solo when needed, owning projects with ease. Client relationship and presentation skills are expected.We're looking for someone with both confidence and inspiration. Someone who possesses a talent for transforming great ideas into award-winning creative, and has a passion for visual storytelling. We are looking for a creative who enjoys selling their ideas as much as they love crafting them.What you'll do:

Art Direction

| Provide art direction and design support for projects across all media channels.Concept

| Concept big ideas and innovative tactics that can span a range of platforms, including digital, mobile, social, and broadcast.Communicate

| Capture brand tone in marketing materials from conception to execution of final deliverables.Craft

| Juggle projects and brands simultaneously. Conceptualize new campaign ideas and tactics based on the established visual tone and aesthetic of the brand.Collaborate

| Partner with the copywriters for the timely development and execution of campaigns and projects, including the conception and execution of final deliverables.Who you are:

Minimum 2-5 years experience in advertisingMinimum 2 years in a Jr. AD role or higher in advertisingPortfolio demonstrating integrated campaigns that include digital / social / emerging mediaHands-on Photoshop, Illustrator, Keynote, PPT and Google Presentation skills, and InDesign skillsWhat we offer:
