The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in AWS, SQL, Kubernetes, Docker, MS Power BI, Tableau, TIBCO Spotfire, PySpark, Alteryx, Scala, and Python. Additionally, domain expertise in Telecom Devices and Billing & Revenue Management is required. This is a hybrid work model with day shifts and no travel required.ResponsibilitiesLead and manage multiple complex projects simultaneously ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project scope.Oversee project planning, scheduling, and budgeting ensuring alignment with organizational goals.Provide technical guidance and support to project teams leveraging expertise in AWS, SQL, Kubernetes, Docker, MS Power BI, Tableau, TIBCO Spotfire, PySpark, Alteryx, Scala, and Python.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of technical solutions within Telecom Devices and Billing & Revenue Management domains.Develop and maintain project documentation including project plans, status reports, and risk management plans.Monitor project progress and performance identifying and addressing any issues or risks that may arise.Ensure effective communication and collaboration among project stakeholders including clients, team members, and senior management.Implement best practices and methodologies for project management ensuring continuous improvement and efficiency.Conduct regular project reviews and evaluations providing feedback and recommendations for future projects.Manage project resources including personnel, budget, and equipment to ensure optimal utilization and efficiency.Facilitate training and development opportunities for project team members fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth.Ensure compliance with organizational policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements throughout the project lifecycle.Drive innovation and improvement within the project management function contributing to the overall success and growth of the organization.QualificationsPossess a strong technical background in AWS, SQL, Kubernetes, Docker, MS Power BI, Tableau, TIBCO Spotfire, PySpark, Alteryx, Scala, and Python.Demonstrate domain expertise in Telecom Devices and Billing & Revenue Management.Hold a minimum of 15 years of experience in project management with a proven track record of successfully managing complex projects.Exhibit excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.Show proficiency in project management tools and software.Display strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Maintain a high level of attention to detail and organizational skills.Salary and Other Compensation :The annual salary for this position is between $140,000 – $150,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.Benefits : Cognizant offers the following benefits for this position, subject to applicable eligibility requirements:Medical/Dental/Vision/Life InsurancePaid holidays plus Paid Time Off401(k) plan and contributionsLong-term/Short-term DisabilityPaid Parental LeaveEmployee Stock Purchase PlanDisclaimer: The salary, other compensation, and benefits information is accurate as of the date of this posting.
