A business systems analyst (BSA) uses information technology to improve business processes and bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions.
Ensuring compliance : BSAs ensure compliance with regulatory standards and best practices.Maintaining documentation : BSAs maintain documentation and provide regular reports to stakeholders.Preparing technical reports : BSAs prepare technical reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends.Analyzing business needs : BSAs evaluate business requirements and needs across departments to identify areas for improvement.Designing systems : BSAs design systems to implement changes and improve business processes.Providing recommendations : BSAs recommend new or enhanced systems, software, upgrades, and modifications.Managing projects : BSAs lead development projects, manage resources, and monitor project progress.What You Will Bring:
Bachelor's degree and 5 years of work-related experience.Experience with Contact Center and/or IVR software preferred.A passion for continuous learning as well as the ability to learn quickly and apply new skills.Flexibility/Ability to be proactive, possesses good problem-solving skills and the capability to find solutions and the ability to successfully meet deadlines.
