My Place Hotel is looking for a dedicated Shuttle Driver to join our team. In this role, you'll be responsible for safely and reliably transporting guests to and from the hotel, enhancing their stay with exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities: Safe and Reliable Transportation:

The primary responsibility is to transport guests to and from the hotel safely. This includes picking up guests from various locations, such as the airport or local attractions, and delivering them to the hotel with the utmost care and punctuality. Exceptional Customer Service:

You will be the first point of contact for many of our guests, so providing a warm and welcoming experience is crucial. Greet guests with a friendly attitude, assist with their luggage, and respond to any questions or concerns they may have during their ride. Your goal is to enhance their overall experience with My Place Hotel. Safety Compliance:

Adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations while operating the shuttle vehicle. Ensure that the vehicle is always in a clean and orderly condition, conducting routine checks to maintain its functionality. Vehicle Maintenance:

Perform regular inspections of the shuttle vehicle to ensure it is in good working order. Report any mechanical issues or maintenance needs to management promptly to ensure the vehicle remains reliable and in top condition. Problem-solving:

Handle any unexpected traffic situations with professionalism. Job Requirements/Qualifications:

Age Requirement:

Applicants must be 21 years of age or older.

Motor Vehicle Record:

A valid driver's license and an acceptable motor vehicle record are required. Candidates should have no major traffic violations or accidents.

Drug Testing:

Candidates must successfully pass a pre-employment drug test as part of the hiring process.

Navigational Skills:

Basic knowledge of routes and local area. Ability to navigate effectively and efficiently to provide timely transportation.

Customer Service Skills:

A friendly demeanor and the ability to interact positively with guests.

Dependability:

Reliable and punctual with a strong commitment to safety and service. Adherence to the schedule is important.
