Job Description:- Outpatient Family Medicine- Mix of value-based and fee-for-service patients- Schedule is Monday to Friday from 8:30 to 5:00- 15-18 patients per day- No hospital responsibilitiesCompensation and Benefits:- Employed position with base salary plus bonus incentives and company stock- 230k salary plus quality bonuses based on star ratings- Bonus 1: Up to $50k- Bonus 2: Up to $20k- Malpractice,- $5,000 relocation- 22 days PTO, 6 paid public holidays, health insurance, dental, vision insurance, life insurance, employee assistance programCommunity:-
