Position Summary: Regional Sales Manager
The purpose of this job is to develop/grow the GC Pro Account Managers' overall sales figures thru effective management of their skills and customer needs on a regional basis, while further developing a collaborative environment with our vendors stores and other Business solutions companies.
Responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to the following:
Develop GC Pro Account managers by providing feedback, coaching, mentoring and guidance to allow for their success in hitting their goals, as well as yours.Create and coordinate metrics that allow for a greater view of the opportunity/success-failure of the team and make corrective measures to obtain the monthly, annual goals (both top line as well as EBITDA for the region).Communicate effectively with Director and key team members of GC Pro to report progress and development within the region.Develop and maintain a partnership with the vendors and stores to create a unique experience for our customers.Additional duties as assigned.About the Guitar Center Company
