The Impact You’ll Make in this RoleAs an
OCM/ERP Integration Leader , you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:Participating in the deployment of ERP systems across the Americas, ensuring proper preparation phase and country readinessDriving cutover preparation and execution for countries and functions across the Americas to ensure smooth execution of the ERP deployment roadmapLeading Change Management activities with area functions, business teams and the IT team, ensuring effective communication and change acceptanceContributing to define best practices for ERP Deployment as well as end-user training to ensure a consistent and efficient implementation process
Your Skills and ExpertiseTo set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree or higher from an accredited university AND seven (7) years of experience with ERP deployments and supporting SAP Technologies in a private, public, government or military environmentHigh school/GED from an accredited education institution AND eleven (11) years of experience with ERP deployments and supporting SAP Technologies in a private, public, government or military environment
ANDIn addition to the above requirements, the following are also required:Five (5) years of OCM experience in a private, public, government or military environment
Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:Strong change management, communication skills, business and process acumen, as well as analytical skillsUnderstanding of and experience in the OCM and training lifecyclesProven experience in Project ManagementProven experience in deploying ERP in a private, public, government or military environmentAbility to manage complex, matrixed situations across multiple organizational layers and geographiesProven ability to successfully influence, negotiate and resolve conflictsStrong facilitation skills and the ability to deliver results in both in person and remote work environments.

This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, the candidate’s relevant knowledge, training, skills, work location, and/or experience. In addition, this position may be eligible for a range of benefits (e.g., Medical, Dental & Vision, Health Savings Accounts, Health Care & Dependent Care Flexible Spending Accounts, Disability Benefits, Life Insurance, Voluntary Benefits, Paid Absences and Retirement Benefits, etc.).
