Are You: Strong problem-solving skills with ability to improvise solutions? Excellent time management, organizational, and critical thinking skills? As the Specialist, Claims Administration you will be responsible for end-to-end claims lifecycle management for the clients from owning the FNOL intake to claim closure. A Day in the Life Partners with internal and external stakeholders to ensure claims are processed accurately and in a timely manner Provide instructions and guidelines for FNOL assignments, ensuring follow through is maintained Maintain efficient and accurate workflow of the FNOL process Engage required leadership to provide required responses on escalations and timely support/resolution Provide reporting and analysis as needed pertaining to the number of claims, analysis of type of loss etc Be the customer advocate to drive innovation & client experience. Pro-actively provide data analysis for existing & prospective clients and identify and present well-thought-out recommendations while promptly resolving potential servicing issues Guide clients to implement best practices and customized solutions based on the intricacies of each client's business, fleet program and policy needs Actively monitor industry changes and build knowledge in fleet trends, safety, insurance industry and competitor information to provide consultative reference point for clients Communicate expectations and the responsibilities to the field adjusters Provide updates of changes to processes and procedures to claims adjusters and QC team members Alert adjusters of deficiencies and agree on corrective measures Requirements High School diploma required; post-secondary education preferred 3+ years of relevant insurance claims experience Previous client service or account management experience in accident management and/ or subrogation Demonstrated proficiency with claims management & reporting systems Claims adjustor license in the US or Canada or in the process to obtain the license in the near future as it is a requirement of the role The hiring base salary range for this position is $72,500 - $99,700 annually. Actual compensation within this range will be dependent upon the individual's knowledge, skills, experience, equity with other team members, and alignment with market data.
