Notes: Normal Business Hours, Monday through Friday (not including a mandatory unpaid meal break after 6 hours of work), 40 work hours per week. Job description:
Oversee the architecture, design, implementation, transition to production and documentation of Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) environments.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, project management, product management and other stakeholders, to define project scope, requirements and deliverables.Foster a culture of continuous improvement, implementing best practices, processes and tools to optimize delivery of CMS (AEM) systems making sure AEM components, templates, dialogs and workflows adhere to industry standards, methodologies and approaches.Ensure compliance with Citywide Cyber Security policies and OTI technical standards by employing static and dynamic source code quality and security analysis tools throughout the project lifecycle.Lead and actively participate in technical reviews, including infrastructure configuration, code reviews and Operational Design Peer Reviews to maintain quality standards.Take responsibility for identifying and mitigating security vulnerabilities across projects, while implementing necessary enhancements to strengthen application security.Automated source code releases and deployment from Azure GIT repository to Cloud Manager's production and non-production pipelines using CI/CD integration.Utilize triaging and observability tools provided by Adobe and other cloud providers.Take charge of analysis, problem definition, requirements gathering, and solution development, including defect fixes and enhancements.Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation to ensure transparency and clarity throughout the development lifecycle.
Required Skills:
At least 12 years of proven expertise managing Content Management System (CMS) infrastructure, managing technical teams including software development using Java and cloud-based solutions.MUST have at least 5+ years of extensive hands-on Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) experience in architecting, designing, and developing components, templates, dialogs, and workflows.Experience in front-end technologies such as REACT.js, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.Experience in designing and developing a content-migration strategy from one CSM solution (OpenText TeamSite) to Adobe AEM.Expertise in Azure DevOps encompassing automated source code releases and deployment from Azure GIT repository to Adobe Experience Manager's (AEM) production and non- production pipelines using CI/CD integration.Knowledge of JFrog Artifactory and software quality assurance tools like Veracode, SonarQube etc.Strong understanding of HTTPS, SAML, OpenID, OAuth protocols and Microsoft Entra ID (Azure Active Directory).Proficient in utilizing build tools like Maven, Gradle, and ANT.Excellent command over Relational Database technologies including Oracle, and/or PostgreSQL.Strong oral and written communication skills, facilitating effective collaboration and documentation. Must be self-motivated and a team player.

Proficiency or very good understanding of an OpenText multi-tiered Content ManagementInfrastructure (TeamSite/LiveSite/OpenDeploy).Experience in Linux (RHEL) system administration and Shell Scripting.Proficiency in AI/ML Services.Skilled in monitoring tools like Elastic, Dynatrace, and similar platforms.
