As a Systems Management Analyst for the Beacon team will be responsible for the following:Analyze pharmacy/oncology software applications and business data to ensure accurate findings and applicable recommendationsUtilize conceptual knowledge, analytical methods, and problem solving skills to perform assignments and improve efficiencies within existing applicationsProvide ITS solutions and services which ultimately contribute to patient safety and careDemonstrate knowledge of concepts, practices, and procedures used specifically within a healthcare technology applications environment

Primary Responsibilities:Process Improvement - Works closely with end users to identify problems and provide solutionsEnd User Education - Educates end user to ensure efficient and effective use of application(s)Technical Development - Research, evaluate, design, and implement specific applications within multiple business areasStrategic Responsibilities - Assists in the re-engineering of technical workflows, relying on best practices as applied to similar business areasOperations - Participates in and leads discussions with Operational stakeholdersWork is self-directed and not prescribedWork with less structured, more complex issuesServes as a resource to othersOn-Call after hours support

Preferred Qualifications:Undergraduate degree or equivalent experienceEpic Willow Certification or Proficiency with Build experienceExperience working with Pharmaceutical third party vendorsFamiliarity with and understanding of protocol buildRegulatory and medication billing

The salary range for this role is $70,200 to $137,800 annually. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. UnitedHealth Group complies with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
