This role will report to the Senior Director for Checkout Operations.As the Director of Product Readiness for Branded Checkout, you will be responsible for products and features on the roadmap assuring proper support at launch. This includes elevating progress updates across senior leadership teams, executives, internal project team members, stakeholders, and external service providers to create, measure, and communicate program goals, plans, milestones, timelines, and metrics for the assigned portfolio.Job Description:Your way to impact:You will work closely with members of Product Management, Engineering, Visual Design, Content, Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams, as well as with all levels of management within the organization, to facilitate successful product launches from Alpha and Beta merchant recruitment through GA launch. This is a critical role to ensuring a smooth and successful product experience for PayPal customers.Your day to day:

Work closely with Product PMO and Product teams to manage the handoff from Product to Operational Readiness in a smooth and efficient way.Own the GTM plan for cross-functional teams and lead periodic cross-functional meetings to review status, celebrate successes and highlight / escalate issues.Focus on establishing the product readiness function and ensuring components required to support launch are in place and effectively communicated to the necessary teams.Able to discern key issues to escalate to executive stakeholders in a concise manner and work to address them by assembling key teams and individuals to troubleshoot or problem solve.Monitor and report on status of alpha/beta testing / feedback and potential downstream impacts on timing for Commercial Execution teams.

What you need to bring:

5-7 years of experience in GTM function, bringing payments or fintech products to market.Senior role running cross-functional teams to bring tech products to life in a complex, matrixed organization.Knowledge of checkout and payment products.Familiarity with partner ecosystem (tech partners, consulting / development partners, accounting partners, etc.) Agile, flexible leader with a growth mindset.
