Location: Mclean, VASchedule: Part-time, 24 hours a week with some occasional Saturday'sCompensation: $26.00/hr

Job responsibilities:Manage correspondence with community residents, via email, phone, and in-person communication.Administer security access system for the residents on the property such as parking passes and community app access.Schedule and guide contractors on site that handle maintenance request.Maintain community website by ensuring content is kept up to date.Assist with other administrative tasks as assigned.Key qualifications:

2-3 years of administrative experienceWorking within a community is a plusExcellent verbal and written communication skillsHigh quality customer serviceVery organized and attentive to detailProfessional work ethic
