Accountabilities
Evaluate and evolve LYNPARZA brand strategy for ovarian cancer and build driven readiness plan Collaborate closely with cross-functional groups (e.g., Insights, Access, Medical, Sales) and provide direction for development and implementation of strategic and operational plans Engage with the Global ovarian cancer team to ensure alignment and share takeaways across markets Supervise brand performance and provide input into forecasting; lead input into business reviews Develop and deliver key brand presentations on LYNPARZA in ovarian cancer to leadership and to the field organization Develop and lead ovarian cancer commercial budget Lead engagement and collaboration with Merck on ovarian cancer strategy and operational planning Lead, mentor and develop a team of pharmaceutical marketing professionals Essential Skills/Experience
Bachelor's Degree in relevant field 8 years' experience in pharmaceutical and/or healthcare industry with experience in one or more of the following: managed markets, brand marketing, sales, market research/analytics, strategic planning Prior in-line HCP marketing experience Desirable Skills/Experience
MBA in relevant field Oncology or specialty care experience highly preferred Understanding of U.S. Oncology landscape including Community oncology and Hospital oncology dynamics, GPOs, Payer landscape, Specialty Pharmacy stakeholders In-depth Marketing experience (developing brand strategy, performing positioning, messaging, segmentation, targeting, managing ad agency, providing direction on annual budget planning) Experience across multiple promotional channels (Personal, Non-Personal and Digital, Patient marketing) Launch experience Management experience Experience working in 'commercial alliance/partnership' environment

We have an ambitious goal to deliver 6 new molecular entities by 2025. The annual base pay for this position ranges from $217,000 to $260,000. Hourly and salaried non-exempt employees will also be paid overtime pay when working qualifying overtime hours. Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. In addition, our positions offer a short-term incentive bonus opportunity; eligibility to participate in our equity-based long-term incentive program (salaried roles), to receive a retirement contribution (hourly roles), and commission payment eligibility (sales roles). Benefits offered included a qualified retirement program [401(k) plan]; paid vacation and holidays; paid leaves; and, health benefits including medical, prescription drug, dental, and vision coverage in accordance with the terms and conditions of the applicable plans. Additional details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment. If hired, employee will be in an "at-will position" and the Company reserves the right to modify base pay (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
