Workday HCM Cutover Manager - INTL - United Kingdom

Job Description The client is expanding Workday HCM systems from the US to 17 global countries and 30k colleagues with an expected go live date of June 2025. The Workday HCM Cutover Manager will lead the cutover process for the Workday HCM implementation, overseeing the planning, coordination, and execution of tasks necessary for a seamless transition. The manager will work closely with project teams, stakeholders, and technical teams to ensure readiness, data integrity, system functionality, and compliance with all requirements during the cutover period. Skills and Requirements 5 years of experience in project management, ideally with a focus on HCM systems or Workday implementations. Previous experience managing cutover processes for ERP or HCM implementations, preferably Workday HCM. Strong understanding of data migration, system integration, and testing methodologies. Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks, work under pressure, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Workday HCM certification or relevant Workday experience. Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
