Walmart's People Product and Design organization is focused on transforming the associate experience for our 2.1M associates across diverse segments, geographies, and demographics through consumer-grade AI-driven digital experiences. Our mission is to activate Walmart's people-led and tech-powered strategy by building people experiences that serve associates across Walmart US, Sam's Club, Walmart International and Campus. As a Senior Product Manager in the People Product organization, you will have the opportunity to bring your ideas to life, work on 0->1 products and make a lasting impact on the associate experience. Responsibilities:
Responsible for driving product analytics insights, standards, and modernization within the People Product Organization.Analytics Standards:
Define and implement the standards for analytics across the People Product and Experience Layers to ensure consistency and accuracy in data collection and interpretation. Work with product management leads to support discovery, A/B testing and post launch insights.Portfolio Level Analytics:
Conduct comprehensive analytics at the portfolio level, providing meaningful insights to inform strategic decision-making. Have an intimate understanding of various data sources and how to organize and utilize them to deliver critical insights to the broader organization.OKR Tracking:
Track and report on Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) for our product portfolios, facilitating a clear understanding of performance against set goals.Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Collaborate with various teams to ensure alignment between analytics practices and business objectives .Data-Driven Decisions:
Leverage data and analytics to drive strategic decisions, identify opportunities for improvement, and inform product development.
Qualifications:
4+ years of professional experience in Product Analytics, Product Management, Data Science or equivalent field preferably for a consumer facing, engagement based, digital productBA/BS or Graduate degree in Business, Statistics, Mathematics, or related fieldExtensive, hands-on professional experience with design & execution of AB tests/experimentation and regression modelingData-driven decision-making skillsCustomer obsession and the ability to develop solutions that delight themSelf-starter with a strong attention to detail and an ability to deal with ambiguityComfortable working with software engineers to develop scalable solutionsExperience working with UX designers to create intuitive experiencesExperience in process designComfortable with engaging with various stakeholders of varying levels across multiple domainsOrganized, disciplined, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyComfortable dealing with ambiguityStimulated by challenges and ready to engage at Fortune 1 scale

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00-$180,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.

The ideal candidate would have knowledge of accessibility best practices and join us as we continue to create accessible products and services following Walmart's accessibility standards and guidelines for supporting an inclusive culture.
