$90,000 - $110,000 Base Salary Plus Monthly Target Bonus PotentialJob ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute regional sales plans to achieve revenue targetsEstablish and maintain strong relationships with existing customersIdentify and pursue new sales opportunities through prospecting, networking, and industry eventsCollaborate with internal teams (customer service, operations) to ensure customer satisfactionConduct product presentations, demonstrations, and training sessionsNegotiate contracts, pricing, and termsAnalyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needsProvide regular sales forecasts, reports, and market insightsManage and resolve customer complaints and concernsParticipate in national sales meetings, training sessions, and industry conferencesPerform other miscellaneous job duties and related functions as directedDesired Skills & Experience3-5+ years of sales experience in the aluminum extrusion industryProven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targetsStrong understanding of aluminum extrusion products, applications, and manufacturing processesExcellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamBachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related fieldProficiency in CRM software and Microsoft OfficeExperience with CAD design software and drawingsFamiliarity with regional market trends and competitorsCompany DescriptionIndustrial Profile Systems is the premium provider of engineering and design services utilizing our structural aluminum and modular components to create mechanical hardware solutions across a wide range of industries.
