Raytheon is seeking a Subcontract Administrator to perform duties in support of the Space & C2 Systems mission area, Space ISR product line. This role will be responsible for the development and ownership of complex, multi-year development and production service subcontracts requiring ongoing oversight and administration of specifications, statements of work (SOW), and terms and conditions. The effective candidate must be able to identify a qualified supply source selection, prepare bid packages, analyze, and evaluate proposals, perform price/cost analysis, negotiate subcontracting pricing and provisions, perform supplier assessments and best value criteria, prepare/issue subcontracts and summaries of award (SOAs), identify and manage supplier risks and administer resulting subcontracts.
This role will interface heavily with subcontractors' cross-functional teams and their lower tier suppliers to ensure subcontractors provide on-time delivery of compliant product/service at or below program budget. The Subcontract Administrator is an integral member of the Subcontracts Management team supporting and collaborating with Program Management, Engineering, Operations, Finance, Quality, and Integrated Program Team Leads. Job duties must be performed in compliance with Public Law (FAR/DFAR), Raytheon Technologies company business policies and procedures, as well as Raytheon Intelligence and Space command media.
This position is located in both Richardson, TX and or Aurora, Colorado.
What You Will DoManage large competitive pursuits and on-contract program growthDetermine the qualified source selection, prepare bid packages, analyze, evaluate proposals, perform price/cost analysis, negotiate pricing and provisions, perform supplier assessments and best value criteriaPrepare/Issue subcontracts and summaries of award (SOAs) for fixed price, time and materials, labor hours and cost-type agreements and/or purchase ordersPerform risk assessment, identify potential risks and impacts, and develop mitigation plansAssist in subcontractor forecast/sales development, management of financial obligations and mitigating cost overruns, schedule, technical and quality requirementsDevelop and maintain excellent business relationships with the subcontractorsManage administrative tasks including the coordination and support of milestone payment, performance-based payment, invoice review, and ongoing communication with the subtractors and program teamsQualifications You Must Have
Typically requires a Bachelor's and a minimum of eight (8) years prior relevant experience, or an Advance Degree in a related field and a minimum of five (5) years' experience.The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.Qualifications We Prefer

The salary range for this role is 96,000 USD - 200,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
Hired applicants may be eligible for benefits, including but not limited to, medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, long-term disability, 401(k) match, flexible spending accounts, flexible work schedules, employee assistance program, Employee Scholar Program, parental leave, paid time off, and holidays.
