What you will doWorking Foreman must be a skilled craftsman in their trade and have a minimum of five (5) years actual, practical working experience in the industrial HVAC chiller, plumbing, pipefitting and /or mechanical equipment service industry.
How you will do itA self-starter who must be able to lead a project team of technicians. Interaction with customers, attention to detail in quoting jobs, scheduling technician hours, promoting safety and constant communication plays a key role in this position. Must be computer literate with necessary ability to develop, close and manage all types of quoted work.
What we look forRequiredMechanical Journeyman License5+ years of commercial HVAC experiences mechanical troubleshooting experience.Valid driver's license, appropriate licenses to work with refrigerants, boiler and steam operational & service knowledge.Good verbal and written communication skills
