The LOCALiQ Digital Marketing team
is looking for an
Account Manager
to play a key role in our sales Organization. This position is remote (no office) but you must live in the NE Region of the U.S. due to the clients supported.
The
Account Manager
will work exclusively with a top performing sales consultant to help grow and retain their clients. They also communicate directly with current clients regarding their advertising campaigns, renewal, performance, metrics and several additional facets of our emerging technology on a regular basis.
Job Skills & Responsibilities:Ensure effective client interaction and communication within our existing client base to enhance retention rates.Building rapport and strong relationships with existing client base to increase retention.Media expert on all digital solution products & their functionalities.Ability to explain complex technical concepts to potential and current clients.Solve technical issues; interface with multiple support organizations within LocaliQ.Manage advertising campaign order entry efficiently.Help manage all necessary paperwork and assist clients through the on-boarding, including, collecting and processing client payments through the advertising platform.Monitor the performance of all advertising campaigns and report findings to the salesperson and other campaign managers on a regular basis.Managing advertising renewals and assisting in running renewal meetingsSupport salesperson in updating Salesforce.com and Monday.com with all prospect and client information.Support salesperson with meeting preparation, proposal creation, contract distribution, and gathering marketing materials as needed.Perform general administrative duties as required.What you bring to the table:
3+ years working experience in a marketing, sales (inside or outside) or customer service roleExperience in the clinical trials/patient recruitment industry or healthcare sector is a plus.Solid 1-5 years of experience working in Digital AdvertisingProficient use of Microsoft Office applications including Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPointIntellectually curious in the online, digital, and interactive marketing worldFamiliarity with CRM tools, such as Salesforce.com, SAP, Monday.com or other database systemsFacebook advertising experience is a plus.English is PreferredBenefits:

The annualized base salary for this role will range between $57,000 and $85,000. Base compensation is reflective of many factors, including, but not limited to, the market in which one lives/works, individual education level, skills, certifications and experience. Note: variable compensation is not reflected in these figures and based on the role, may be applicable.
