Number of Beds - 24 • Number of Staff - Varies depending on census. Below is the maximum for a census of 24 • Type of staff: o Day Shift - 3 RN 1 CNA 5 OT 6 PT o Night Shift - 3 RN 1 CNA • Patient Ratios - Max 5:1 • Type of equipment - • EMR - Meditech Must have: candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role. • At least 6 months of occupational therapy experience • Preferred or nice to have: candidates with these skills will be considered first. • Inpatient Rehab Experience • List typical procedures performed on units: • Majority of diagnosis for patient to have Therapy treatments for stroke fractures and cardiac debility related patients. • Dress Code: Include requirements but most of all not acceptable attire. • Scrub Color - Navy •
