Our CEI Team is looking for an Administative Assistant in Tampa!This person will be required to:Provide general administrative support to the local team in Tampa including processing action request forms (AFRs), task work orders (TWOs), and contracts
Work in a busy office working independently to successfully and accurately complete assigned tasks with minimal oversightThe ideal candidate will have:Experience with engineering/construction management or at risk construction related administrative duties, filing, meeting coordinating, submittal tracking, subcontractor agreements and invoicing experience.Strong interpersonal and communication skills as well as organizational and schedule management abilities.Working knowledge of Microsoft Office software with a demonstrated proficiency in Word and Excel; and the ability to accept direction from multiple sources.The ability to work independently and manage office activities.Qualifications
High School diploma or equivalent is required. Some college or degree program enrollment would be a plus.Minimum of 0 - 2 years of experiencePre-employment drug screening is a condition of employment. Background and motor vehicle checks may be required based upon position.Performance Expectations
Complete Annual Individual Training ProgramTrain adequate backup personnel to support your role in your absenceAttend monthly town hall meetingsComply with all KCI policies and proceduresComplete other duties as required/assignedRepresent KCI in a positive and open manner and serve as a gatekeeper for your direct supervisorWork with office manager and office management team to manage resources to achieve our goalAssist with calendar and scheduling meetings as requiredBook travel per company policyCoordinate office volunteer and corporate citizenship activitiesDraft correspondenceFile and organize project documents and records and keep them accessibleKeep files accessible and organizedMake copies as requestedOrder/manage office supplies through approved procurement meansOrganize office/discipline employee eventsPerform spreadsheet data entry as requestedServe as office notary publicType handwritten documents using word-processing softwareWork with corporate charity chairperson to coordinate office charity participationKCI Technologies, Inc. is an equal opportunity employer.
