Job Description:
The Architecture Analyst will guide the deployment and adoption of FEPOC's Architecture Tool & Repository (ATR), consisting of Orbus Infinity, SharePoint, PowerBI, and Visio. The role will be responsible for assessing the current ATR implementation, making improvement recommendations and preparing a roadmap for the continued build-out of features/functionality and adoption / utilization of the platform. The role will also provide guidance and support in configuring new ATR features, managing ATR operations, and ensuring that architecture content is organized and accessible to stakeholders/consumers via the Architecture Department SharePoint portal.
Functions:Architecture Tool Assessment & Planning - Assess current implementation of Orbus Infinity, make recommendations on near-term improvements, prepare a concise vision / strategy and roadmap for the ATR.Architecture Tool Configuration - Work with team and vendor consultants to configure Orbus Infinity features, including diagram templates (Visio), metamodel, catalogs, reports, PowerBI dashboards, workflows, and SharePoint portal pages. Collaborate with business, solution, and enterprise architects to define use cases and requirements for Infinity features to be configured and deployed.Architecture Tool Knowledge Transfer and Documentation - Establish an approach for capturing / documenting vendor knowledge to build internal capacity for routine activities in order to reduce dependency on vendor support and to make better use of limited vendor professional services hours. Guide / support the development of end-user training material to supplement vendor-provided courses with FEPOC-specific use cases and configuration.Project Management - Support the development, maintenance, execution, and monitoring of the ATR Project Plan. Maintain a backlog of ATR use cases and features and engage users, stakeholders, and the ATR steering committee in the prioritization and sequencing of backlog items. Prepare project status reports, inputs to the issue/risks register, and the overall ATR project roadmap for periodic review with the Architecture Leadership Team.

Education Level:
Bachelor's DegreeEducation Details: Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fieldExperience: 5 years of experience in an architecture domain (i.e., enterprise or solution architecture) In Lieu of Education: In lieu of a Bachelor's degree, an additional 4 years of relevant work experience is required in addition to the required work experience.
Technical Skills:
Knowledge of / experience with the Orbus Core Metamodel.Experience with planning Orbus deployment and stakeholder adoption / utilization.
