We have an exciting new opportunity for a Regional Sales Manager to join the team at Walker Filtration!Role: Regional Sales ManagerLocation: The position is based at our headquarters at 4748 Pacific Avenue, Erie, PA 16506This role will be 70% travel (face-to-face) and 30% working from our office in Erie PAPurpose:

To promote the sale of Walker Filtration products into specifically targeted market sectors and uphold and promote the name of Walker Filtration Inc. Provide marketing data and current customer trends and assist in supporting the overall Walker Filtration Inc. growth strategy.The position is expected to bring in an additional

$1m USD

of revenue each year from both the growth of existing accounts and the introduction of new accounts.Scope:

The position reports to the Senior Sales Manager and promotes all Walker Filtrations product groups and customer base. To ensure that the Company is represented professionally at all levels and that the Company's corporate identity is maintained. The role will require administrative duties to be carried out accurately and timely.RESPONSIBILITIESExisting Customer BaseDevelop an understanding and relationship with all existing customers.Provide exceptional Account Management.Promote all products through specific identified channels.Ensure pricing levels meet Walker Filtration Inc strategic requirements.Ensure sales growth meets and or exceeds Walker Filtration's strategic requirements.Manage customer contact by the use of phone, e-mail, and Microsoft TeamsNegotiate with customers to provide formal quotations and net pricing using the sales process flow as a guide, ensuring all data is captured.Liaise and negotiate with customers regarding delivery dates.Monitor 'key customer' on-time delivery, reporting anomalies to the Senior Sales ManagerProduce accurate sales analysis to support and improve monitoring of sales KPIs.Liaise with all internal staff regarding product shipping and credit control requirements.Maintain accurate records and identify areas for upsell opportunities, facilitating proactive follow-up on leads and sales opportunities.Liaise with and professionally support customers and employees.Provide detailed market pricing information for the local market.Quote for new business within clearly defined pricing limits.New customer opportunitiesIdentify new customer opportunities in your specific markets.Develop close relationships with new customers.Be the main point of contact when new customers become established.Manage customer contact by the use of phone, e-mail, and Microsoft TeamsNegotiate with customers to provide formal quotations and net pricing using the sales process flow as a guide, ensuring all data is captured.Quote for new business within clearly defined pricing limits.Work with the marketing team to establish Walker Values add propositions.PricingProvide detailed market pricing information for your chosen market and assist in yearly price guide updates.Quote for new business within clearly defined pricing limits.Other TasksAbility to manage and motivate personnel to aid them in achieving Walker Filtration goals.Ability to run all necessary computer software programs to complete job functions effectively.Administer expenses in a timely and accurate manner, providing receipts for all business-related expenditure.Ability to deputize for the Senior Sales Manager during times of their absence to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the company.Any other tasks, assignments, or projects as requested by Walker Filtration Inc.
