The Enterprise Assurance Strategic Capabilities Unit delivers critical assurance disciplines that protect and enable people, data and missions. We provide a comprehensive approach to managing risk across the enterprise for current and future information environments where the business and missions execute. What You’ll Do: Act as a Business Process Analyst to identify opportunities for improvement to support the Business Technology Office for business needs. Assist ITS teams and our customers to detail requirements to solutions supporting the BTO. Design and create reports/dashboards to assist the teams in communicating with the business. Evaluate and recommend Information Technology metrics, dashboards, and Service Levels. Support IT Project Managers in collecting business requirements for project execution. Work closely with personnel from all areas of the business to help drive business value. Maintain a regular and predictable work schedule. Establish and maintain effective working relationships within the department, the Strategic Business Units, Strategic Capabilities Units and the Company. Interact appropriately with others in order to maintain a positive and productive work environment. Perform other duties as necessary.

On-Site Work Environment:

This position requires regular in-person engagement by working

on-site three or more days

each normally scheduled week in the primary work location. Travel and local commute between company campuses and other possible non-company locations may be required.

Working Conditions:

Work is performed in an office environment, laboratory, cleanroom, or production floor. Hourly Rate:

$20.00 - $26.75

Required Education, Experience, & Skills

Must have completed your sophomore or junior year and be enrolled in a degree program for the fall of 2025. We will also accept students enrolled in a graduate degree program. Degree must be from a university, college, or school which is accredited by an agency recognized by the US Secretary of Education, US Department of Education. Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills

Business Information Systems, Business Analytics, Computer Information Systems, Computer Science majors or a related field. Effective communication, consulting, time management, and analytical skills. Commitment to customer service. Experience with requirements gathering. Ability to think analytically, solve problems, make decisions, and collaborate and work with a team. Solid customer orientation and commitment to quality. Ability to juggle competing demands and priorities while maintaining attention to detail. Experience with Service Now a plus. Experience with Business Process Mapping a plus. Experience with M365 offerings (Teams, exchange, stream, etc) a plus.

Pay Information Full-Time Salary Range: $41600.000 - $55640.000

Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.

Temporary employees generally are not eligible for BAE Systems benefits, but can elect to participate in the 401(k) savings plan.
