The Marketing Coordinator plays a pivotal part in supporting marketing initiatives and driving brand awareness. Primary responsibilities include creating engaging email content, planning and scheduling communications, analyzing marketing data, and managing various projects. These efforts will directly support the overall marketing strategy, helping to reach and engage the target audience effectively.This position is a one-year contract appointment from the start date.What It Takes to be Successful

The expected pay range for this recruitment is $28.07- $33.12 (Hourly).
Required:Solid knowledge of marketing principles, concepts, strategies and best practices.Knowledge of customer service standards / procedures.Organizational skills and skills in file creation, maintenance and management.Strong written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.Proven experience in marketing coordination or a similar role.Proficiency in marketing software and tools (e.g. Email marketing platforms such as Pardot, Mailchimp or Marketing Cloud).Excellent organizational and project management skills.Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.A minimum of 3 years of experience (internships accepted as experience)
Preferred:Solid knowledge of institutional products and services.Knowledge of the campus and / or medical center including its achievements, mission, vision, goals, objectives and infrastructure.Experience with Salesforce and Design tools including Photoshop a plus.
Special Conditions:Hybrid position with some onsite work expected each week.
