The primary goal of this role is to provide information in a timely and efficient manner.
Starting pay for the role is $21.10 per hour
Schedule: Monday to Friday 7:30am - 4:00pm (with flexibility to open/close as needed)
Qualifications for the Dispatcher:
High School Diploma or GEDPositive customer relations skills, including good decision-making and problem-solving skillsAbility to communicate effectively, both orally and in writingAbility to establish and maintain positive and effective working relationships with employees and the general publicKnowledge of or ability to learn the Denver Metro area and other transportation providers as potential referralsKnowledge of occupational hazards and safety practices and proceduresAbility to work independentlyAbility to sit at a desk for long periods of timeFull range of sense of hearingFull range of speech, including audibility, annunciation and projectionUse of hands (manual dexterity) for office and communications equipment controls and paperworkAbility to multi-taskCompetent computer skillsBilingual (English/Spanish) is strongly preferredKeywords: telecommunicator, receptionist, reservation manager, administrative, transportation, dispatch, dispatcher
