Overview
TRC is seeking a highly motivated
Environmental Project Manager
to join our growing Engineering and Remediation Practice in
Clifton Park, New York . The ideal candidate will have experience with New York State Department of Environmental Conservation Programs and regulations.

Responsibilities
Manage projects, develop and expand TRC's engineering/environmental practice in New YorkMentor and develop junior engineering/geology staff facilitating work across technical disciplinesUndertake site walks and desk based environmental assessmentsManage a variety of environmental and geotechnical site investigations, all ranging in scope and budgetManage junior staff in subcontractor oversight and ensure projects are completed per Client expectations and authorized scope of workManage projects outside the individual's expertise, including project involving other TRC subject matter experts and practicesFacilitate the procurement of qualified subcontractors in performing applicable project activitiesPerform data assessment and report writingHave excellent communication, interpersonal and analytical skillsWork independently or in a project team with excellent problem solving, writing, and presenting skillsWork within a high-quality health and safety management systemParticipate in Emergency Response Programs for Preferred ClientsQualifications
10-15 years of environmental consulting experience3-5 years of demonstrated project management experience requiredBachelor's Degree in Environmental Engineering, Geology, or Environmental ScienceProfessional Engineer (PE) or Professional Geologist (PG) is preferredExperience with NYSDEC Regulations and Programs RequiredProject Management Experience on a variety of projects requiredCompliance Experience (SPCC, SWPPP, PBS) preferredExperience with railroads preferredTravel required-20-40%Must be able to pass a pre-employment background check, drug screen and motor vehicle records checkValid Driver's licenseBenefits * :

Compensation : In accordance with local law, the below salary range is applicable for the job and location associated with this requisition. Compensation will vary based upon experience, education, skill level, geographical location, and other compensable factors.
Other Compensation:
Employee may be eligible for participation in the Company's annual Discretionary Bonus Program which is contingent on Company, Business Segment, and Individual performance against Key Performance Indicators which vary by year and employee.
