Community Portfolio Manager.
The Community Association Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of a portfolio of communities in the Flagstaff area. This is a great opportunity for right candidate to grow with an amazing company .

Qualifications :Business Management experience needed, HOA Management experience a plus, looking for long-term commitmentManagement skills a mustProfessional and friendly DemeanorExcellent customer service skillsAbility to multi-task in a fast-paced environmentAttention to detail and highly organized.Excellent Communication skills both written and verbal.Works wells independentlyTeam playerComputer savvy - Outlook , Word, and Excel, One Drive and Share PointPosition Responsibilities :
Develop and maintain a professional relationship with the Board of Directors and members of the community.Acquire and maintain a working knowledge of applicable State , federal and local laws.Facilitate and attend community meetings - Preparation of Board PacketsOversee with the Compliance Administrator CC&R's and governing documents.Assist the Board of Directors with Annual BudgetManage and maintain community documents and records.Review contractual services and on-site work as needed - Project ManagementEnsure vendors, contractors requests are appropriately executed maintaining records of service.Community communications as needed.
