We are currently seeking a highly motivated, confident Marketing Graphic Designer who is a responsible team player with self-driven abilities - possess strong, detailed skills in developing creative ideas and work in a fast - paced, fun and exciting work environment and industry. The ideal candidate will work with the North American Sales and Marketing Team and is responsible

for creating and inspiring new concepts toward company projects using a wide range of mediums for the company's residential and commercial ventilation products. The position requires someone with creative, design, copywriting and proofreading experience. Will work with both Systemair, Fantech, and Greentek branded products.

Requirements

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

1. Ability to create high quality and consistently branded collateral marketing materials.

2. Develop design exploration assets, and mood boards for pitches or presentations to the

marketing team to help determine a projects direction.

3. Translate concepts into variable design concepts.

4. Design promotional and event collateral for both print, internet and web.

5. Improve and create graphics for web design, social media and other related projects.

6. Work closely with sales, engineering and marketing team to execute ideas.

7. Ability to prioritize effectively and work with a sense of urgency.

8. Ability to working independently with a significant "attention to detail".

9. Co-ordinate production and timelines of collateral with team members to meet overall campaign

deadlines.

10. Responsible for print production, reviewing and delivering appropriate files.

11. Research and keep abreast of emerging design trends and practices.

12. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather insights and feedback, ensuring designs align

with business objectives and customer needs.

13. Manage and update the company's visual identity, ensuring all materials adhere to brand

guidelines.

14. Conduct user research to inform design decisions and improve user experience across digital

platforms.

15. Photography and maintain a digital asset library for easy access and organization of all

marketing materials.

16. Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate innovative ideas for campaigns and

promotions.

17. Provide design support for video content, including storyboarding, graphic overlays, and video

production.

18. Develop infographics and data visualization materials to communicate complex information

clearly and engagingly.

19. Assist in copywriting and editing for marketing materials, ensuring clarity and consistency in

messaging.

*This position requires regular on-time attendance as outlined by Human Resources or your supervisor(s). The position also requires the ability to work independently or in a team setting. You will be expected to accept direction from your supervisor, management and subordinate personnel and to work amicably and productively with co-workers.

Education and Experience

Education:

BA in Graphic Design

Experience:

1. At least 1 year experience in marketing and branding a professional services business (B2B

business) in the HVAC market is preferred.

2. Experience developing marketing content and related collateral materials.

3. Experience developing and managing ongoing relationships with 3rd Party Vendors.

4. Experience marketing technical solutions with a minimal amount of support from technical staff.

5. To assist in our selection of candidates, an electronic or printed portfolio must be provided.

Samples of previous or current work pieces are requested, as this will help us determine your

qualification and position within Systemair.

10. Competent in Adobe Creative Suite (Specifically: InDesign, Illustrator and Premier)

11. Experience working with web design platforms (e.g., Storyblok preferred, WordPress,

Shopify, Wix could be helpful) to create and maintain website content, ensuring a userfriendly,

engaging experience.

12. Passionate about design and willingness to update job knowledge by participating in

educational training and conference opportunities.

Desired Certificates, Licenses, and/or Registrations:

Any additional certificates should be noted on resume (such as: Adobe Certified Expert (ACE),

Graphic Design Certification (LinkedIn Learning, Udemy), HubSpot Content Marketing Certification,

Web Design Certification, or the like).

Job Conditions:

Physical Demands:

Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and looking at a computer. Light physical effort - able to lift up to 20lbs at times. Sitting, lifting, squatting, pushing, or reaching for intermittent or extended periods. Must be able to travel a minimum or 50% to meet regional needs. Work Environment:

Factory, Warehouse, Distribution Center, Office. May be exposed to loud, repetitive sounds from machinery or equipment. May use chemicals or other in accordance with MSDS. May operate machinery in close proximity or with objects exposed to eyes or face.
