Transportation Shuttle Driver

Job Summary:
Operation of company vans under all types of weather conditions; safely transporting employees and other authorized persons over pick-up routes according to a time schedule or special trips as authorized by North End Teleservices administrative team. Conducts bus practice and emergency evacuations. Services, inspects, and cleans vehicles and related equipment. Performs and completes daily pre-trip inspections; completes forms, records, and reports.
Must be willing to drive in the morning, afternoon and/or evening shift up to 8:00 PM
Job Duties: Drives company vehicles safely and professionally. Drives company vehicles on scheduled/designated routes. Complies with all traffic rules, regulations, and ordinances. Demonstrates proficiency in handling and maneuvering the vehicle. Services, inspects, and cleans vehicles and related equipment. Ability to work with distractions. Working with and understanding a diverse employee population. Performs and properly completes daily pre-trip inspection; completes forms, records, and reports as required. Preferred Skills:
Must be able to respond rapidly in emergency situations. Must have organization, time management, communication, and interpersonal skills. Work in an office environment. Must be a minimum of 19 years of age. Must have a high school diploma or G.E.D. Must have and maintain a valid Nebraska driver's license. Must have a minimum of three (3) years driving experience and demonstrate and maintain a safe driving record. Evidence of understanding and willingness to comply with the practices and procedures cited in the North End Teleservices Employee Handbook. A background check which demonstrates to North End Teleservices that background is acceptable for the position. Verification of U.S. citizenship or legal authorization to work in the United States. Successful completion of a pre-employment drug test (if required for position offered). Requirements:
Must have a minimum of three (3) years driving experience and demonstrate and maintain a safe driving record. DEI Competencies
