Duties: We are seeking a skilled Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Assets Developer to design and develop a UXP-based plugin that integrates Adobe Asset Link functionality into Creative Cloud applications (e.g., Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). The ideal candidate will have experience with AEM Assets, UXP (Unified Extensibility Platform), and Creative Cloud, bringing expertise in building seamless workflows for asset management and creative production.
Key Responsibilities:
Plugin Development: Design and implement a UXP-based plugin to integrate AEM Assets with Adobe Creative Cloud applications, enabling users to seamlessly access, manage, and synchronize assets directly within their creative workflows. AEM Asset Integration: Build robust connections between AEM Assets and Creative Cloud using REST APIs, GraphQL, or other relevant technologies. User Experience Design: Collaborate with UX/UI designers to create an intuitive and efficient plugin interface for creatives. Testing and Optimization: Conduct rigorous testing of the plugin across multiple platforms (Windows/macOS) to ensure performance, security, and reliability. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including AEM administrators, creative teams, and product managers, to gather requirements and implement solutions. Documentation: Write detailed technical documentation and user guides for the plugin.
Required Skills:
UXP Development: Hands-on experience building plugins using the Unified Extensibility Platform (UXP) for Adobe Creative Cloud applications. Frontend Development: Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS for plugin interface development. Adobe Experience Manager (AEM): Proven experience with AEM Assets, particularly in configuring and customizing asset workflows. Creative Cloud Applications: Familiarity with workflows in Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, or similar tools. Version Control: Experience with Git and collaborative development practices. Problem Solving: Ability to troubleshoot technical challenges in asset synchronization and integration.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with Adobe Asset Link implementation or similar digital asset management integrations. Familiarity with Adobe I/O Runtime for building serverless integrations. Experience with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
Skills: Developer must be familiar with UXP [0] and API development (server side - client side interaction)
