We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven

Marketing Manager

to join our team. This role is pivotal in leading all marketing initiatives, strategies, and campaigns for our power generation equipment line. Reporting directly to the Director of Sales & Marketing, the Marketing Manager will drive brand awareness, manage product marketing, and enhance our presence through digital and in-person outreach.

Requirements

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESDevelop, execute, and manage comprehensive marketing strategies that align with the company's sales objectives and business growth targets.Lead and manage the creation of high-quality marketing content, including brochures, case studies, product descriptions, presentations, and blog posts, either by developing content in-house or by overseeing external agencies.Oversee the design, development, and distribution of marketing collateral for product launches and ongoing promotions.Manage content for the company's website and social platforms, particularly LinkedIn, ensuring it is up-to-date, SEO-optimized, and aligned with marketing goals.Measure and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns, particularly on LinkedIn, assessing ROI and KPIs.Develop booth designs, promotional materials, and engaging experiences for attendees to drive product interest and lead generation.Develop and manage relationships with external agencies for advertising, design, and public relations needs.Lead public relations efforts, including press releases, interviews, and articles, to boost the company's visibility in key markets.Monitor, analyze, and report on the effectiveness of all marketing activities, adjusting strategies as needed based on performance data.QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, ideally within the power generation or industrial equipment sectors.Strong experience in digital marketing with a focus on LinkedIn and campaign & sub-content creation.Proficiency with marketing automation tools and CRM software.
