We're looking for a well-organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as Office Manager !
This is a full-time role tasked with a variety of accounting, transaction coordination, administrative, and office operations. You'll be provided with steady accounting and administrative work keeping our operation running smoothly while also having some variety every day with coordinating Real Estate transactions.

Bookkeeping and Financial (Quickbooks)Journal entriesInvoicingReconciliationReport generationP&L's and balance statements
Transaction coordinationHelp us buy and sell housesCoordinate with title companies, inspectors, real estate agents, and homeownersTracking and schedulingDocument preparation and record keeping
Real Estate AdministrationArrange stagings and photos, help us make our properties look greatListing properties on the MLS and websitesOrganizing and scheduling timelines and reportsInvoicing tenants
Office ManagementKeep the office stocked and our team happy and ready to be greatMaintain a variety of office systems and softwareFiling and clerical tasksDelegating office maintenanceQualifications:
High level of organization and attention to detail1+ years of experience with QuickBooks and accounting/bookkeepingHigh school diploma or equivalentGood with Microsoft Word and Microsoft ExcelExperience working in the MLS and/or in Real Estate is a plusAbility to pass drug screening testAbout CompanyWe are a local, family-owned business in Colorado Springs that loves Real Estate.
